Fast forward to now and you have the most experienced driller this side of the Mississippi with 25,000 hours on a drill and 12,000 hours working with or running a blasting crew. While spending so much time on and around construction there is very little Don hasn’t experienced firsthand. Grade checking, he’s done it. Slope calculations, yup. You name it, Don’s done it. Don is an extremely valuable asset for CSJ Equipment and we are proud that he is on our team.
Tom Bercher
Tom, Cody’s Uncle, hasn’t known anything but hard work his entire life. Tom spent 23 years in the army, with 13 years in special operations, and gained the rank of first sergeant. Tom did two tours during his time in the military, one to Iraq and one to Afghanistan. Once his time in the military was complete Tom decided to continue with a leading role as the manager of a horse ranch that stabled over 120 horses. Tom’s time spent leading our troops in the Middle East and continually asserting himself as a leader makes him a clear choice to lead our operation. Tom plays a key role keeping the troops in line and getting the job done.
